The Ducati 926 Protwin ...

I bought this bike in November 2000, to ride on track with my friends of the French Ducati mailing-list.

This bike has the following characteristics:

• 916 frame
• 888 SP5 engine with 926cc big bore tuning (96 mm bore, 64 mm stroke, 37 mm inlet valves, 31 mm exhaust valves, racing canshaft ...)
• 2 EPROMs with different profiles:
  • 122 HP with a lot of torque
  • 133 HP at high revvs
• racing alternator
• anti-dribble clutch system
• larger triple clamps
• magnesium Marvic front wheel
• Brembo Oro front brake discs with racig callipers
• carbon-fiber fuel tank
• carbon-fiber mufflers
• ...
